The weight of the dolls varies from 30kg to 40kg depending on the size. We have integrated this transportation cost in the purchase price. The cost of transportation may vary over time due to worldwide supply problems and shortages of materials. 

Refund policy:

  1. The return period is 30 days.
  2. For a return to be validated, it is necessary that:
  • the doll must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • the doll must have a visible manufacturing defect or have been damaged during transport.
  1. Depending on the damage of the doll, a full or partial refund of the price will be made.
  2. The refund will be made within 15 days after acceptance of the return.
