Conditions to book a scene
We want to offer the most beautiful experience, for you and our Pornstars. The preparation of a scene must be surrounded by certain conditions. These conditions are as follows:
- When you book a scene on Catgirl, you let us know that you are interested in shooting a scene with a Pornstar. From that moment on, we will follow you until the end of the process.
- To confirm the reservation, we ask for a payment of 50% of the amount of the booking.
- In order to respect the hygiene rules of the porn industry, you will have to pass a medical test. The Pornstar will do the same. More details about the test will be given after the booking. In case of refusal to take this test, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- If the Pornstar is unable to travel to Switzerland for reasons beyond her control, the scene will not be cancelled but postponed to a later date.
- If the Pornstar is unable to travel to Switzerland without valid reasons, the scene will be rescheduled with another Pornstar or the advance payment may be refunded.
- A contract for image rights will be signed between you and the Pornstar. In this way, she will confirm the transfer of the rights to her image and video.
- A confidentiality agreement can be signed between you and the Pornstar. This ensures that neither you nor the Pornstar can reveal what happened during the whole process.
